Two weeks ago, we arrived in Hong Kong. In our luggage many good ideas for product extensions and sensational new products. Last Saturday we came back, all these good ideas and extensions are under development and will soon be added to our product range.
But stop.
In the meantime, much has happened. Many, many false reports and assumptions were put into circulation. Secret groups were rumored to give each other advice to disappear as soon as possible. None of this is true.
There are a few people who give our customers advice that is beyond good and evil that are harmful to us all, for the customers and for the company.
Suddenly, a huge wave of payout requests came in in unprecedented proportions, the tone became ruddy, the telephone rang a hundred times.

We have decided to put a whole new emphasis on the implementations of these innovations very quickly. That’s why we’ve installed a new payout plan. All pay-out requests have been reset in favor of the real and loyal customers. This plan will continue until we are online with the new features.

Now we will hear again the loud wailing of the grasshoppers, the fields can no longer be eaten.

Here are the news:
• We will issue regular news about the state of affairs every week
• Once a month, we organize a production day in Basel and an affiliate day once a month as well
• In a few weeks we will offer automatic email marketing campaigns in which partners can participate.
• From now on, partners with their own website can apply for inclusion in our site clickeasynow.com, a huge opportunity to sell on the same website as for example Booking.com.
• In a short time, we will provide PDF flyers for each product. This can be seen at a glance: target group, distribution, links, support material, installation instructions, business model, marketing for partners … wherever possible of course clickable. For SMEs and self-employed, we continue to offer Done4you offers at attractive prices
What do we need to do all that? Simply time and rest. We will not answer any tickets, e-mails, phone calls, whatsapp, PN, etc. The existing tickets will be closed. Questions about the structure of the new products are answered when they are finished. Our KYC is reorganized. Double accounts are now also checked with an automatic system.

Well, now everything is clear. No of course not. We are in an elaborate development process. Different teams work together, which needs good coordination. This is precisely where we focus our attention.

Nobody Lost ANY AdPacks In MXRevShare Last Night

INFO: Some of you think that they have lost adpacks last night in MxRevShare. But this is not true. In fact there was a little, unimportant bug in the new fast sharing script: Adpacks with 110% were still shown as ‘active’ the 2 days before. Now it is fixed, so it (only) SEEMS to be lost. But those adpacks were expired already. I will not reply to any postings and tickets regarding this bug any more.
Another fixed bug: Some adpack purchases in the night from 21.10. were approved, but without encoding the adpacks. In those cases please send a ticket. I will solve it tomorrow. As always: no panic. Shit happens!

We look back into the most successful 2 weeks in business ever. In the first 12 days of the moth you all did an amazing job! You sold 125.400 Tokens, brought 15.048 new customers and Affiliates on board and pushed GetMyAds into the ranking of the 2.000 most imporant Websites in the world in the alexa-ranking.

The competition is in the final days and we are seeing incredible numbers from Turkey. It´s by far the fastest growing country worldwide in the moment. You guys can be really proud on yourselves – Turkey is a sucess story of it´s own league!

Updates:

Premium Partner Program

First we would like to update you on the Premium Partner Program. We have to be honest here with you and announce that the start was not as perfect as we expected. Our team is working hard to get the details up and running and our Beta-Testers need to be a bit more patient. We don´t see a big delay in the moment but we need to be honest and transparent and so we have to tell you that this program is causing some challenges in the background. That´s the reason why we can´t announce anything new in the moment. It´s just not that easy to integrate something big like this into a really fast growing company with huge numbers. However, we promise you that our team is doing their best! Thank you for your patience.

Payout Process

We had a few tickets in the support because of late payments or missing payments. We don´t want to go into the details but we want to explain a bit what´s going on. In the beginning of the year we had between 20 and 70 payouts a day in average. When we started to grow faster, the number of payments also grew. In August we paid out more than 4 Million Dollars and we did more then 9.000 Transactions. We hope you understand that we can´t handle more then 12.000 expected payments in September in the same speed like a few hundred payments 5 month earlier this year.

As we always mention: Even in GetMyAds, there are people working in the background. People like you and me who make mistakes. Even our Support makes mistakes and we understand that your Problem is really important. We also understand that you get nervous if somtething goes wrong but we promise you also: We do our best and even if we make a mistake: GMA will fix it… we will fix it even if it takes a Support ticket or some time more than expected.

In the moment we can payout on Payeer within 48 hours – more likely 24 hours and Wiretransfer takes about a week. More likely 5 days but sometimes 10 days. Some international wire transfers may take a bit longer but we are doing our best to speed that up now. For 2pay4you we still don´t have any updates. As soon they release the money, we will continue the payouts. The challenges they have doesn‘t affect our business at all.

Clicks that didn´t come through

Some of you experienced that not all 200 Clicks per Token came trough. It was a technical issue and we are working on it. As soon as it is fixed we will deliver the missing clicks. Please don´t contact our Support about this issue – again: GMA will fix it – like always… just give us some time.

Sofort-Payment and CC Payment

About 5% of the payments with Sofortüberweisung and Creditcard is producing an error after the payment. Tokens don´t appear and customers try it again.. and get charged multiple times.

Very importnat: Please tell your customers that if there is an error at the payment: DON´T TRY AGAIN! Instead, check your Bankaccount or Credit Card and you will see that you’ve already been charged. All you need to do is send us a screenshot of this payment. Please also send us the Order number of the Tokens. If you can´t find it, please create an order of the same amount of Tokens, choose „Wiretransfer“ as payment method and send us the Order number you get on the next page, where you also see the Bankaccount Informations. We will fix it.

Please let everyone know: If there was an error on the payment: DON´T TRY AGAIN! Check your Account or Creditcard and contact our support with the appropriate screenshots and order number.

We are working on this issue and hope to resolve this error in the near future.
